We are so thankful for both Brandon and Joyce walking us through our first home purchase. Being our first home sale and buying out of state, it can definitely be an overwhelming experience. However both Brandon and Joyce were there for us the whole time, whether it was by phone call, text or email. Our new build took about 16 months to complete, and Brandon portrayed excellent communication skills between us and our construction manager during this whole process. Him and Joyce would check on our property for us, and keep us updated which was a huge relief since we were away. The photos sent to us about our home progression also created excitement for us being 300 miles away! Not to mention, they were always available for all of our questions (at all hours of the day), and very thorough and detailed with information provided about our new community. When our new home was getting close to completion, we decided to put our existing home on the market. I would like to take a few moments to recognize and acknowledge the work and dedication demonstrated by the Real-estate Team of Brandon and Joyce Bethel. As my family was preparing to relocate to the state of Arizona, we did not have many knowns regarding the state, or its cities and territories, primarily in the greater Phoenix area. Then luckily, or guidance by a higher power which I am more apt to believe, we came across one of Brandon’s YouTube videos where he was showing new properties in the Surprise area.
