We are so thankful for both Brandon and Joyce walking us through our first home purchase. Being our first home sale and buying out of state, it can definitely be an overwhelming experience. However both Brandon and Joyce were there for us the whole time, whether it was by phone call, text or email. Our new build took about 16 months to complete, and Brandon portrayed excellent communication skills between us and our construction manager during this whole process. Him and Joyce would check on our property for us, and keep us updated which was a huge relief since we were away. The photos sent to us about our home progression also created excitement for us being 300 miles away! Not to mention, they were always available for all of our questions (at all hours of the day), and very thorough and detailed with information provided about our new community.
Brandon and Joyce truly go above and beyond for their clients. They are honest, hard working people who, we believe, want the best for their clients. Their advice was always genuine and it was a blessing to have had them “hold” our hands during this stressful process. Thank you both for all that you have done and continue to do for us!
